For my bags, I use high-quality jersey fabric to ensure durability and longevity. All fabrics are 100% cotton and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified.


2. How do I care for my crocheted bag?

Keep your crocheted bag looking beautiful by following these simple care tips:

Hand wash:
Fill a bowl with cold water and add a small amount of mild soap.
Gentle cleansing:
Use a soft cloth or a non-abrasive sponge. Dip it in the soapy water, wring out excess water, and gently wipe the surface of your bag.
Rinse:
Rinse the cloth with clean water and remove any soap residue.
Air dry:
Let your bag air dry completely before storing or reusing it. Avoid wringing, tumble drying, or direct exposure to sunlight.


3. What is the production time of my bag?

The production time for your bag is 2 to 4 business days. Each bag is carefully handcrafted.


4. What is the expected delivery time of my bag in Belgium?

Bags that are directly available in the webshop will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after ordering.

Personalized bags will be shipped as soon as they are ready.


5. Can I personalize my bag?

Armona's bags can certainly be customized to your preferences. Tell me your preferred colors, and I'll create a unique and beautiful piece based on those.

There are also several additional options available.
For example, you can choose
gold thread for an extra luxurious look.
You can also opt for a stainless steel shoulder strap for a stylish and durable finish.

Each bag is handcrafted with care and creativity, so you get a unique piece that perfectly suits your style.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your purchases with Bancontact , Visa or PayPal .


8. Do you accept returns?

I strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, I offer a flexible returns and refunds policy so you can shop with confidence.

Returns

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items.

  • The items must be in their original condition — unused, with the original tags and packaging.

  • Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
