📦 Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition
- Unused and with original tags and packaging
Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
If you paid using a gift card or discount voucher, the refund will be issued as store credit.
